Class Formats


Jazzercise
This is the fitness format that started it all!  The choreography is fun and easy to follow, incoporating aspects of dance, Pilates, yoga, kickboxing and more; set to all kinds of music - Hot 100, hip hop, country, jazz, funk, r&b, swing, classics.  The class runs 55-60 minutes and includes a warm up, 30-35 minute aerobic segment, muscle toning and strengthening on the floor (weights optional), stretching and cool down.

Jazzercise Circuit
A challenging combination of strength training routines using weights and Xertubes are intermingled with Jazzercise aerobics.  With warm-up and cool-down, the class runs 55-60 minutes.

Jazzercise Step Circuit
It's our Circuit format incorporating fun Jazzercise Step routines for a physically and mentally challenging class.  With warm-up and cool-down, the class runs 55-60 minutes.
