Live Fit, Live Green in 2008!

    Jazzercise is going green this year. Look for in-class Live Fit, Live Green promotions and information that will help you go green, and possibly save some green. Join us as we do our part to make an environmental difference with the three Rs - reduce, reuse, and recycle. In December, we’re focusing on recycling during the Holidays - and you can too. Check out the October flyer for more information. Technique Tips

    Back to Basics - Biceps Curl
    Start in a standing position with feet shoulder width apart, weights in hands, and arms extended down by sides. Contract biceps to move hands toward shoulders. Bend at the elbows without movement in the wrists. Keep shoulders pressed down and stable. Avoid rounding through shoulders and chest. Release biceps to slowly lower your hands back down by sides.

 

Group Training Opening:

    Jackie has immediate openings in the following Group Training sessions: Friday 10:45 AM.

    These spots go fast, so please email, call, or see Jackie if you are interested in picking up an open slot.

    Group Training focuses on weight technique and includes some strength work you'll only get with a personal trainer. If you're looking for a way to increase your muscle tone and strength, and improve your technique to get more out of your other workouts, this class is for you!

    The classes are limited to 6 people per class time and last about 50 minutes. Cost is $80 per person for 4 sessions, or $120 per person for 8 sessions.

    You get the advantage of Personal Training at a *fraction* of the cost!!!
